I’ve taken the traditional recipe then added oranges, lime, and berries making this drink something that you can’t just keep to yourself!

Cranberry Iced Tea
This tea is a refreshing way to beat the heat; this tea is also a great drink to serve at breakfast or midafternoon.
You can make it with both sweetened or unsweetened tea bags, although the latter will give you a more authentic tasting tea.
If you prefer to use fresh cranberries, make them into a sauce by boiling them with 1 cup water, 2 cups sugar and 1 cup fresh orange juice. To make 6 servings:
- Use 6 tea bags or 3 tablespoons of loose tea in 6 cups of boiling water.
- Steep for 5 minutes and add 6 tablespoons of cranberry sauce to each serving.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs if desired.
Cranberry Juice Cocktail
This easy-to-make cocktail is perfect for all ages. It’s also great because it doesn’t use any added sweeteners so that it won’t affect your blood sugar levels.

Remove from heat; cool 20 minutes. Pour into 2 (12-ounce) pop moulds (can use 2 (12-ounce) glasses instead).
Pour in soda; cover, and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. To serve, run moulds briefly under warm water to loosen pops; turn out onto plates.
Serve immediately or transfer to freezer bags and store up to 1 month in the freezer. Yield: 2 servings
